India Motorcycle Tours
Exploring India by motorcycle you’ll find it speaks for itself as one of the most fascinating countries in the world for touring. You’ll discover diversity in nature, culture, architecture and food – but consistently, you’ll find friendly and welcoming people.
Temples, forts and ornate buildings are abundant in the Golden Triangle region of Rajasthan. Mountains, wildlife, tea- and spice-filled plantations, and beaches characterise Kerala. And then there are the peaks of Ladakh, nestled within the Himilayan mountain range.
On tour with Orange & Black you’ll enjoy riding thrilling roads, amazing hair pins and we can take you to the highest motorable road in the world at Umling La. You’ll travel with our local guides – Daniel, Alam or Eric Moffat (son of Patrick Moffat, the pioneering tour guide and organiser for motorcycle tours in the Himalayas). All have years of experience guiding in India, and you’ll stay in carefully selected, high standard accommodation. The intention being that you fully enjoy time on and off of your motorcycle. Distant and exotic, offering a variety of experiences, India is not to be missed by any motorcycle rider looking for adventure.

Motorcycling in India is surely one of the best ways to experience the country’s rich cultures, people, and unequalled scenery. At the same time, motorcycling here has its dangers. This is especially the case on narrow mountain roads with unpredictable traffic and quick-changing weather conditions. While most of our Indian tours are well-suited to any relatively experienced rider, our Himalayan Adventures should be undertaken by fit, experienced riders. You will need an open mind for changing road conditions and different rules of the road. For these tours we modify our motorcycles for mountain and high-altitude riding. We are experienced at managing / mitigating altitude sickness. And because of our organization and our small group size, we have an accident record that is the envy of every other tour operator.Rajasthan Palace Classic Motorcycle Tour
